Graphic Design for Proposal

Seeking a competent graphic designer to assist with the design portion of a proposal. All data, narrative, and other collateral will be prepared by me and passed on to the designer. This proposal will be between 5 to 10 pages long depending on the design choices. I would also like to have 1 or 2 review sessions to discuss any further edits of the work-in-progress. I have sought design assistance here in the US and have been quoted between 6 and 8 hours of work to complete.
