Podcast Recruiter

I need someone with 4-5 years of experience in sourcing on Social Media. I need to find ladies 18 years or older for a podcast. I prefer someone with a decent following, which displays social proof, or the ability to effectively source ladies on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok or even YT.
