Coachable Cold Caller Needed – Appointments | $1/hr + Commission

[TUES-SAT 1-9PM PST FULL TIME]

We are a growing solar company looking for an experienced cold caller to make outbound calls to homeowners and set in-home solar appointments for our closing team.

This role is appointment-setting only — no closing required. Your job is to qualify homeowners and book solid, confirmed appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided scripts and lists

Clearly explain the purpose of the call and spark interest in solar

Qualify prospects (homeownership, interest, availability)

Set confirmed in-home appointments for our sales team

Accurately track calls and appointments in our system

Maintain a professional, confident, and friendly tone on every call

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cold caller or appointment setter (solar experience is a BIG plus)

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent

Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace

Self-motivated and consistent performer

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time available

Must be available during U.S. business hours

Compensation:

$1.00/hour base pay

Bonuses for qualified appointments set

Commission per solar install closed from your appointments

High performers can earn significantly more through commissions
