Web Designer

Website Designer (Contract, Remote)

I’m hiring a Website Designer & Creative Specialist (contract). I run U6 Media, a performance-driven Google Ads agency working with dumpster rental, junk removal, and demolition companies across North America. We’ve been around 3+ years with a solid client base, and we’re bringing on a skilled designer to lead websites, landing pages, and paid ad creatives.
This is a remote, part-time contract, with growth potential if it’s a fit. You’ll work directly with me.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading website design and builds (primarily WordPress; other platforms as needed)
- Creating high-converting landing pages tailored for paid campaigns
- Designing creative assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other channels
- Ensuring responsive, user-friendly UI/UX and fast performance
- Applying basic CRO principles to improve engagement and conversions
- Setting up tracking/analytics for sites and pages
- Working with the team so design supports strategy and performance

This is a role for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of hands-on web design experience
- Has led web projects and owns deliverables end-to-end
- Is strong with WordPress and design tools (Figma, etc.)
- Understands conversion-focused design (landing pages + creatives)
- Communicates clearly and works well with founders/business owners

Has a portfolio showing real work (sites, pages, ads)
