E-Commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Shopify + TikTok Shop)

We are a growing e-commerce and marketing company looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage our online stores and social media presence. This role involves working with Shopify, TikTok Shop, and creating/scheduling social media posts.

You’ll be working directly with the owner and supporting daily operations, content posting, and store management.

Manage and update products on Shopify

Assist with TikTok Shop setup, product listings, and order monitoring

Create, schedule, and post content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Repurpose content (captions, hashtags, basic formatting)

Monitor comments and messages (basic engagement)

Basic research on trends, hashtags, and competitors

Other admin or marketing tasks as needed
