We are a IT Service Provider (IT Support & Cyber Security) based in London, UK.
We are looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to manage our lead generation systems.
Your primary goal is to run the marketing tools to generate qualified appointments for the business owner. You will work within our marketing platform (Growably/HighLevel) and our cold email tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Sourcing & Data Management:
? Source contact lists of London-based businesses using our data tools.
? Clean and verify email data to ensure low bounce rates
? Upload and segment lists into our CRM
• Campaign Management:
? Set up and monitor cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai or Woodpecker.
? Monitor inbox replies and response to priority leads
• Automation Management (Growably/GoHighLevel):
? Manage workflows and pipelines in Growably (based on HighLevel).
? Ensure leads move correctly from "Cold Email" to "Nurture Sequences."
? Customise pre-made email templates with UK-specific spellings and details.
? Edit and schedule social media posts.
• Reporting:
Provide KPI reports and trends
