Full-Stack Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Vietnam-based)
Working Time: Full-time, 8 hours/day
Salary: USD 600 / month (based on experience)
Bonus: Project-based performance bonuses paid in addition to the base salary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to work remotely on modern web applications. You will contribute to both frontend and backend systems, including Java-based services, and help build scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React / Next.js

Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java (Spring Boot)

Design and integrate RESTful APIs

Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code

Optimize application performance and reliability

Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers

Debug, test, and maintain production systems

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

Solid experience with React

Backend experience with Node.js

Practical experience with Java, preferably Spring Boot

Experience building and consuming REST APIs

Database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)

Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows

Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices

Ability to communicate in English (written)

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js

Experience with Docker

Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms

CI/CD experience

Experience working in remote, international teams

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed monthly salary of USD 600
