Experienced Virtual Operations Manager (Automotive Business – Remote)

We are a growing automotive business serving the U.S. market and are looking for an experienced Virtual Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a long term operations professional, not beginners or short-term freelancers.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations who can work independently, take ownership, and ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order flow
• Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and cancellations
• Coordinate with suppliers and resolve fulfillment issues
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and operational risks
• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improved
• Report issues, delays, and improvement opportunities proactively

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
• Strong written English and professional communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Stable internet connection and dedicated work setup

Preferred
• Experience with drop shipping or supplier-based fulfillment
• Auto parts or fitment experience
• Experience managing multiple SKUs and large catalogs
• Experience creating or improving SOPs
• Ability to identify problems early and propose solutions
