About the Role
We're enhancing an existing Replit-based application. You'll be refactoring the codebase and implementing several complex features that require advanced full stack and payment processing expertise.
Technical Stack Requirements
Frontend:

Modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Next.js)
Responsive design (mobile-first approach)
State management
Dynamic UI components with conditional rendering

Backend:

Node.js, Python, or similar
RESTful API development
Webhook handling and event-driven architecture
Background job processing
Complex business logic implementation

Database:

SQL or NoSQL experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Relational data modeling
Query optimization
Data security best practices

Essential Skills:

Multi-tier authentication & authorization (RBAC)
File upload and document management

Email notification systems
Third-party API integration (AI/LLM services)
Version control (Git)

Core Technical Challenges You'll Solve
1. AI-Driven Logic Engine

Integrate OpenAI (or similar LLM) for intelligent data processing
Build decision trees that trigger different user experiences
Dynamic content delivery based on API responses

2. Complex Payment Architecture

Full Stripe integration (Connect, Payment Intents, Webhooks)
Multi-party payment splitting
Escrow/hold functionality with conditional release
Automated payout workflows
Transaction history and reconciliation

3. Dynamic Status Tracking System

Real-time progress indicators
Conditional logic based on user actions
Automated state management

4. Algorithmic Matching System

Build matching logic between multiple data sets
Tag-based filtering and scoring
Notification triggers

5. Hierarchical Access Control

Multi-level admin system with cascading permissions
"Super admin" override capabilities
Audit trail for all privileged actions

Required Experience
? 3+ years full stack development
? Replit development and deployment
? Advanced Stripe expertise (Connect, escrow, webhooks, payment intents)
? Payment processing security best practices
? LLM/AI API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
? Complex business logic implementation
? RBAC systems with hierarchical permissions
? Database design and optimization
? Clean, well-documented code

Experience with conditional workflow automation
Real-time notifications (WebSockets, Pusher, etc.)
