Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant to support our two growing businesses: a merchant services company and a reputation management system (Review Wizard). The ideal candidate will have strong GoHighLevel expertise, AI/automation experience, and the ability to manage both administrative and technical tasks. This role is key to helping scale operations, streamline processes, and support sales agent recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding 25+ new sales agents per month for the merchant services business.
- Provide technical support for GoHighLevel, including:
- Setting up automations, funnels, calendars, and payment pages
- Managing AI integrations such as AI receptionists and custom GPTs
- Adjusting workflows and processes as technology evolves
- Support webinars and marketing campaigns:
- Help set up, market, and run webinars for lead generation
- Post pre-recorded webinars on social media platforms
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks:

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions proactively
Support Review clients:
- Modify funnels and pages for functionality (not design)
- Manage Meta ads and campaigns through GoHighLevel
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (SaaS systems, snapshots, funnels)
- Experience with AI tools and automations (GPT, AI receptionist, custom workflows)
- Familiarity with webinar platforms such as WebinarKit
- Proficiency in Canva for basic graphics
- Comfortable with communication and collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meets, Upwork
- Optional but a plus: WordPress, website/funnel adjustments, N&N

Working Hours:
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Time
Success Metrics / KPIs (First 60 Days):
- Successfully organize, market, and execute a webinar for lead generation
- Provide technical support and ensure smooth operations in GoHighLevel
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents efficiently
