Who This Role Is For

This role is for experienced AI builders who:
• Have already built AI agents in production
• Understand workflows, edge cases, and failure modes
• Can turn messy SOPs into reliable automations
• Think in systems

If your experience is limited to:
• Prompt writing only
• Chatbots with no logic
• Basic Zapier tutorials

What You Will Be Building

You will design and maintain AI agents that replace real operational roles, including:
• Agents that monitor CRM + scheduling systems and trigger actions
• Agents that analyze call transcripts, notes, and lead data
• Agents that generate structured business or medical narratives
• Internal AI assistants trained on SOPs to guide staff decisions
• Multi-step workflows with memory, conditions, and escalation logic

These agents must work without babysitting.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents
• Strong understanding of:
• Multi-step workflows
• Conditional logic
• Context handling / memory
• Experience using automation tools such as:
• Zapier, Make, n8n (at least one at an advanced level)
• Experience connecting AI to:
• Google Sheets / Docs
• CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Ability to read SOPs and translate them into logic

• OpenAI API experience
• Experience building agents that:
• Monitor systems
• Trigger actions automatically
• Produce structured outputs (not just text)
• Healthcare, operations, or sales automation background
• Ability to document systems clearly for non-technical staff

How We Evaluate You

You should be able to:
• Explain an AI agent you built end-to-end
• Describe how it handles errors or missing data
• Explain how it scales or breaks

If you cannot clearly explain a real system you built, this is not a fit.
