We’re currently hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter (EST Time zone) to join our HR function at a fast-scaling Canadian real estate & mortgage services company.
Over the past 6 months, we’ve grown from 0 to 50+ active clients, and our internal team is expanding rapidly. We’re now looking for someone who can own and elevate our recruitment process as we continue to scale.
About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across multiple roles, with a strong focus on long-term fit, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines
Conduct high-quality interviews focused on skills, communication, and culture fit
Coordinate closely with HR and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment trackers
Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and workflows
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of recruitment experience (senior or lead recruiter experience preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience recruiting for operations, admin, sales, or professional services roles is a plus
Compensation:
Starting rate: $7 CAD/hour
