We are a fast-growing Facilities Staffing & Recruiting Agency serving property managers, construction firms, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings across the U.S.

As we scale, we’re building a structured, accountable team and need a Recruiting Operations & Client Acquisition Specialist to run the full hiring and client-acquisition engine.

This is not a VA role.
This is a revenue-driven operations position.


Role Overview

You will recruit, interview, and onboard candidates while also generating and converting hiring-manager leads. This role combines GoHighLevel (GHL), lead generation, cold calling, recruiting, and onboarding into one powerful position.

You will act as the quality-control gatekeeper for our hires and the pipeline engine for our client growth.


What You Will Own

Lead Generation
• Pull and build lead lists of:
• Property managers
• Construction firms
• Healthcare facilities
• Commercial building operators
• Identify hiring managers and decision-makers
• Upload, tag, and organize leads inside GoHighLevel


Client Acquisition
• Cold call B2B decision-makers
• Qualify hiring needs
• Book sales appointments for leadership
• Run SMS, email, and call follow-ups inside GoHighLevel


Candidate Operations
• Review resumes and applications
• Interview candidates
• Verify licenses, work history, and experience
• Manage all candidates inside ATS + GoHighLevel


Training & Onboarding
• Conduct staff and contractor onboarding
• Explain job expectations, site rules, and compliance
• Ensure candidates are fully ready before deployment

Compliance & Documentation
• Collect:
• W-9s / W-4s
• IDs
• Licenses
• Insurance & certifications
• Keep all files clean, organized, and audit-ready

Recruiting Operations
• Manage job orders
• Submit candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Track offers, start dates, and placements


GoHighLevel (Required)
• Manage pipelines for candidates and clients
• Update deal stages and tags
• Run automations, forms, and workflows
• Ensure no lead or candidate is lost


Required Experience
• GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, automations, lead tracking)
• ATS or recruiting experience
• Staff training & onboarding
• B2B cold calling & lead generation
• Resume screening & interviewing
• CRM/ATS platforms (Tracker, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc.)
• Fluent spoken and written English


Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, property management, or construction
• Experience with structured interview scorecards and KPI-based hiring
• Ability to improve or document SOPs

Performance Pay
