Our real estate team is growing fast, and we are looking for a dedicated Leads Coordinator who wants a long-term home and a role they can grow in.
This position starts part time and will move into full time as you show consistency, reliability, and strong communication. You will be responsible for organizing and updating leads inside Follow Up Boss, helping track activity, supporting our ISAs and agents, and keeping our CRM clean and efficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and maintain lead flow inside Follow Up Boss
• Update statuses, tags, notes, and follow up reminders
• Support the team by keeping lead records accurate and ready for calls
• Communicate clearly with me and the ISAs about lead movement
• Help build simple SOPs as we refine the CRM process
• Work during US business hours or overlapping shifts
• Attend short weekly check-ins for alignment
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience using Follow Up Boss (must)
• Strong English communication
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to follow systems and improve them over time
• Comfortable learning new processes
• Looking for a long-term position
WORK HOURS
Part time to start (15 to 25 hours per week)
Opportunity to grow to full time as performance improves
PAY
Starting at $3 per hour
Potential raise to $4 or $5 per hour after training period (6 to 12 weeks based on performance)
Top out pay available up to $7 per hour for long-term, high-performing tea
