Media Buyer - UNIQUE ROLE

We’re a fast-growing agency scaling high-ticket online coaches through funnels & paid ads.
Looking for a hungry, ownership-driven Media Buyer who can execute fast without hand-holding.

Compensation:
- $500/month base
- Bonuses up to $1,000/month based on performance & ownership

What you’ll do:
- Set up & manage Meta ad campaigns (cold + retargeting)
- Refine & test video ads
- Script & structure retargeting ads
- Coordinate and manage a video editor
- Create AI image ads using Ideogram
- Handle tracking (pixels, events, basic diagnostics)
- Daily Ads Manager checks & optimization

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Experience with Meta ads (coaches / info / high-ticket preferred)
- Experience with using Pixels + GoHighLevel + Slack
- Can follow SOPs without reminders
- Proactive, solution-oriented, takes ownership
- Comfortable moving fast in a high-standard environment
