We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to help us generate real revenue as quickly as possible through paid advertising. This role is focused on performance. We are not looking for brand awareness or vanity metrics. Our goal is leads, phone calls, and conversions that turn into real income.

This is a contract or freelance position and is not U.S. employment. The work is part-time, paid hourly, with no benefits and no exclusivity. You will be working as an independent contractor and will not be considered an employee.
The starting pay rate is $8 USD per hour. The initial setup work is expected to take approximately 5 to 8 hours as a one-time setup. Ongoing management will require approximately 2 to 4 hours per week. Payments will be made through OnlineJobs.ph EasyPay. To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of hands-on Google Ads experience, a strong understanding of remarketing, solid knowledge of conversion tracking, and experience managing real ad budgets. You must be able to clearly explain what you have done in past campaigns, why you made certain decisions, and what results you achieved. You must be comfortable working with limited access, able to work independently, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
