Dynamic Reels Editor for MMA/Combat Sports (Long-term)

THE ROLE: We are looking for a talented Video Editor to turn raw fight footage into viral, high-impact Reels (13-15 seconds). We are a major media project in Latin America with millions of views. We don't just need an editor; we need someone who understands the culture of combat sports (MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing).

YOUR MISSION:

Create 30 Reels per month. Short, punchy, viral style.

Hunt for the best shots. We upload massive amounts of raw footage after events (6-7 Google Drive folders, 300-700 files). You must have the patience to dig through them, find the knockout/highlight moments yourself, and make them shine.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must use PC/Laptop. No mobile editors (CapCut on phone is not enough).

Software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.

Style: You understand pacing, beats, and visual effects.

Color Grading: Basic skills are a huge plus.

Passion: If you watch UFC/MMA, you are our guy.
