Short-Form Video Editor for Instagram Reels + Thumbnail: $15/Reel (Ongoing)

Overview
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented short-form video editor to edit Instagram Reels for my UK accounting/business page. The style needs to be clean, modern, punchy, with strong captions and consistent on-brand visuals.
This is ongoing weekly work for the right person, likely around 5 videos a week.

Pay
• $15 per finished reel (includes thumbnail cover)
• Ongoing work available for consistent quality and turnaround

Edits must match my red & white brand and use the same red tone as my profile (this is the Instagram red colour):

Deliverables (Every Reel)
1. Final Reel video (9:16, 1080x1920, high quality MP4)
2. Thumbnail cover (1080x1920 JPG/PNG)
o Clean, readable headline
o On-brand (red/white, same red tone)

IMPORTANT: Hook Requirement
• The first 1–2 seconds of the reel must display the same headline text as the thumbnail (so it hooks immediately and matches the cover).

What You’ll Be Editing
• 20–60 second reels (mostly talking head)
• B-roll, screenshots, or overlays where helpful & in-line with the talking point

What I Need From You
• Remove dead air / tighten pacing (keep it engaging)
• Add accurate captions (spelling + punctuation matters & finance terms must be right)
• Subtle zoom cuts/emphasis where appropriate
• Good audio levels; music/SFX only when it fits
• Keep a consistent style across my page

Requirements
• Proven experience editing Reels/TikTok/Shorts
• Strong English (captions must be accurate)
• Great attention to detail (no sloppy typos)
• Reliable communication and on-time delivery
• Typical turnaround 24–48 hours per reel
