Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily customer service and administrative operations for our growing exterior construction company. This is a long-term role for someone who can handle calls, data entry, scheduling, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and book appointments
Follow up with homeowners from provided lists
Register roof warranties
File permits when needed
Log payments and basic financial records
Schedule and input appointments
Research and schedule homeowner events for company marketing
Organize photos and files
Manage internal workflows and task lists
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Mandatory Requirements
Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Customer service experience
Strong data entry and organization skills
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, or workflow software
Background in service-based or construction businesses
Comfortable speaking with homeowners
Compensation
