JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a LinkedIn-focused Content Creator / Content Manager to turn pre-prepared technical inputs (summaries, notes, key takeaways) into high-quality LinkedIn posts and engaging visual formats. You’ll help manage our LinkedIn presence, improve consistency and quality, and support outreach activities.

Your strength should be LinkedIn-native writing, content packaging, design/visual execution, and professional outreach.

Responsibilities
• Convert provided inputs into polished LinkedIn posts (hooks, structure, clarity, CTA).
• Create LinkedIn-friendly visuals: carousels/doc posts, simple infographics, quote cards, banners, etc.
• Maintain a consistent style and tone across posts (templates + brand consistency).
• Plan and manage publishing workflow: drafts, scheduling, asset management, content calendar.
• Basic analytics tracking (what worked/what didn’t, iterate).
• Support Outreach / Networking activities:
• engaging with relevant posts
• connecting with target profiles
• commenting thoughtfully
• DM outreach based on guidelines (no spam)

Required Skills
• Proven experience writing and publishing LinkedIn content (please share examples).
• Strong English copywriting: concise, professional, “scroll-stopping” hooks.
• Design skills with tools like Canva (required) and ideally Figma/Adobe (nice to have).
• Ability to follow guidelines, work consistently, and deliver on schedule.
• Comfortable handling outreach tasks with professionalism and good judgment.

Nice to Have
• Experience with B2B / tech / developer audiences.
• Basic understanding of AI/tech topics (helpful, not required).
• Experience with content systems (Notion, Trello, Google Docs) and scheduling tools.

Weekly Output (example)
• 3–5 post drafts + final versions
• 2–4 visual assets (carousel/doc post, infographic, etc.)
• Ongoing light outreach/engagement (as agreed)

How to Apply:
1. Short intro + LinkedIn/content experience
2. 3–5 examples of LinkedIn posts you created (links or screenshots)
3. write "ready" in your application

We are looking forward to hear from you.
