About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to build and lead a standalone Marketing department as we scale our organization using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who is hands-on with HubSpot, understands how to use CRM data to drive smarter content and campaigns, and thrives in an environment where clarity, accountability, and measurable results matter.
This is not a “brand-only” or “ideas-only” role. You will own demand generation, marketing systems, and performance measurement, working closely with Sales, Operations, and our CRM team to create predictable, high-quality pipeline support.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

> Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with company priorities
- Translate goals into campaigns, launches, and marketing Rocks
- Ensure marketing efforts are focused on outcomes—not just activity

> CRM-Driven Marketing (HubSpot)
- Use HubSpot as a core marketing engine, not just a contact database
- Design and optimize:
*Campaigns and workflows
*Lists, segmentation, and lifecycle stages
*Email, landing pages, and funnel logic
- Partner with our CRM Administrator to maintain clean data and scalable systems

> Content & Distribution Optimization
- Use CRM insights to guide what content is created and how it’s distributed
- Ensure content aligns with personas, lifecycle stages, and campaigns
- Oversee content calendars tied directly to performance goals

> Demand Generation & Lead Quality
- Drive consistent, qualified lead flow across approved channels
- Define and monitor lead quality and handoff standards with Sales
- Optimize funnels for conversion and efficiency

> Marketing Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Marketing team (Content, Website/SEO, Appointment Setting as applicable)
- Set priorities, hold 1:1s, and ensure role clarity and accountability
- Balance team capacity against campaign priorities

> Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Own marketing dashboards and scorecards
- Measure campaign and asset performance using CRM-based reporting
- Review performance weekly and lead optimization efforts

What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are fully tracked and measurable in HubSpot
- Content is created with clear intent and conversion goals
- Lead quality improves, not just lead volume
- Marketing delivers on-time assets that Sales can actually use
- Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance

What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience leading or owning marketing strategy and execution
- Hands-on experience with CRM-driven marketing, ideally HubSpot
- Proven ability to use data to guide content, campaigns, and decisions
- Experience managing or leading a marketing team
- Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, accountability-focused environment

Nice to Have
- Experience working in an EOS or Traction-based organization
- Background in regulated or compliance-aware industries
- Experience building or scaling marketing systems from the ground up
