Urgent: Virtual Assistant for Passion.io App Build & Platform Management

I am a wellness founder and breathwork facilitator preparing a free live event on February 15 and need immediate help building my app using ---------- .

This role is for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who can independently learn ---------- , watch platform trainings, and implement best practices to build and organize the app for me.

This is not a coding role.
It is a platform learning + execution role.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently learn ---------- by watching tutorials and trainings

• Build and organize the app structure
• Upload and organize audio content
• Create journeys, modules, and sections
• Write clear descriptions based on my notes
• Test the app experience from a user perspective
• Flag questions or improvements proactively

• Excellent written English
• Strong self-direction and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new platforms independently
• Experience with no-code tools, courses, or apps
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to start immediately

Hours & Timeline
• 15–25 hours per week (initial sprint)
• Immediate start
