VA for VW and Audi Ecommerce Store

Please only apply if you have experience working for e-commerce brands as a customer service representative using Shopify AND you have some knowledge about VW and Audi models. If you're interested in european cars - PLEASE APPLY!

1. Must have some knowledge about VW and Audi models and can recommend products to the customer based on their vehicle model.
2. Must respond to all emails and Shopify Inbox with patience and kindness. Mostly order updates/tracking/returns/cancellations.
3. Must be proficient in English
4. Follow our Standard Operating Procedure exactly
5. Must have at least 1 year of experience working for an E-commerce business as a Customer Service representative/Virtual Assistant.
6. Must have experience using Shopify
7. Must be self-directed with limited supervision
8. Available 2 hours in the morning 7 days/week.
