We’re hiring an experienced HVAC-focused social media creator who knows how to produce Reels that perform, not just post content. This role is 100% HVAC and requires proven results.

What You’ll Do

• Create and post daily HVAC content (Reels, stories, ---------- s, short videos).
• Produce high-performing HVAC Reels designed to hit 100K+ organic views.
• Actively engage with comments, DMs, reviews, and notifications.
• Use Vista Social to schedule, monitor, and manage all content.
• Stay on top of HVAC seasons, trends, and service-based content opportunities.
• Maintain fast response times and a consistent HVAC brand voice.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven HVAC or home-service social media experience.
• Documented Reels hitting 100K+ views (screenshots or links required).
• Strong short-form video editing skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Solid understanding of HVAC services, terminology, and customer pain points.
• Ability to work independently and post daily without supervision.
