About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven tea
This is a proactive sales role.
You will contact potential customers, introduce our services, and schedule cleaning jobs for our team.

Main Responsibilities
• Find new potential customers online (Google Maps, Yelp, directories, etc.)
• Make outbound calls (cold calling) to homeowners & businesses
• Follow up with interested leads
• Explain our services clearly and professionally
• Book jobs into the company calendar
• Track leads, notes, and results
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Represent the company in a friendly, respectful manner

Requirements
? Excellent spoken English
? Strong phone presence & confidence speaking with US customers
? Proven experience in cold calling / sales / lead generation
? Reliable internet & quiet work environment
? Positive attitude & self-motivation
? Ability to work during Houston (CST) hours
? Organized and detail-oriented
Experience in home-services (cleaning, HVAC, maintenance, etc.) — a big plus
