Location: Remote ( California based company)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term, Exclusive
Workdays: Sunday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST)

Compensation
Base Salary: $600 USD per month
Performance Bonus: $300–$500 USD per month
Total Monthly Compensation: $900–$1,100 USD, based on results and goal achievement

Bonuses are earned only after meeting defined performance goals. There are no guaranteed bonuses without execution.

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-level Executive Administrative Manager to support ownership and executive operations across multiple business functions. This is not a junior admin or assistant role.

You will be responsible for running executive back-office operations, managing systems, priorities, communication, and follow-through. This role requires discipline, accountability, excellent English communication, and consistent availability, including Sundays.

If you require flexible hours, frequent supervision, or cannot operate independently, this role is not a fit.

Schedule & Availability (Mandatory)

Workdays are Sunday through Friday (6 days per week).
Work hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).
Sunday availability is mandatory.
Full availability and responsiveness during work hours is required.

This is a structured executive-support role, not task-based or freelance.

Compensation Structure

Base salary is $600 USD per month.
Performance bonus of $300–$500 USD per month is based on results and goal achievement.

Bonuses are evaluated based on:

* Task completion accuracy
* Reliability and responsiveness
* Quality of communication (spoken and written English)
* Meeting operational KPIs and deadlines
* Ability to manage executive priorities without micromanagement

Core Responsibilities

* Executive calendar and schedule management
* Inbox management and professional written correspondence
* CRM oversight, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and status updates
* Internal coordination between executives, staff, vendors, and clients
* Document, contract, and record management
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
* Task prioritization without micromanagement
* SOP creation and operational improvements
* Ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and commitments are met

Systems & Tools (Required Experience)

* Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
* CRM systems for lead tracking, notes, and follow-ups
* QuickBooks (view-only access or coordination with bookkeeper)
* Scheduling and task management tools
* Zoom and professional virtual communication
* File organization and cloud storage systems

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

* Excellent, fluent English, spoken and written

* Must communicate clearly and professionally with executives, clients, and vendors
* Must write emails, reports, and internal documentation without errors

* Proven experience in executive admin, operations, or back-office management

* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

* Strong organizational and prioritization skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Professional judgment and discretion

* Reliable internet connection, equipment, and dedicated workspace

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
