GHL Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW
The GHL Specialist is responsible for building, configuring, and optimizing client systems inside Go High Level (GHL) using The Code Worldwide’s proprietary COMMAND infrastructure.
This role ensures new clients are set up quickly, accurately, and consistently so they can begin using COMMAND with confidence and achieve fast wins.
You will manage funnel builds, CRM configuration, automation deployment, calendar integrations, and support the onboarding process as part of COMMAND’s Client Success team.
Your work directly impacts client activation, satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.

RESPONSIBILITIES
?? 1. Client System Setup & Configuration
Build and deploy full COMMAND systems inside GHL
Configure pipelines, calendars, triggers, workflows, forms, tags, and integrations
Install COMMAND funnel templates and customize per client
Ensure systems are installed according to internal SOPs and infrastructure

???? 2. Funnel Deployment & Customization
Install landing pages, lead magnets, booking funnels, and automation pages
Add client branding, colors, copy, and assets as needed
Optimize funnels for conversions and ensure seamless user flow

???? 3. Automation & Workflow Setup
Build and QA automation sequences for:
Lead nurturing
Appointment reminder

Email/SMS flows
Client onboarding automations
Lead scoring and tagging
Troubleshoot broken workflows and ensure systems perform flawlessly

???? 4. Onboarding Support
Assist COMMAND Success Manager with client onboarding calls
Translate client goals into technical GHL setups
Provide Loom walkthroughs and support when needed

???? 5. Quality Assurance
Audit client setups within the first 7, 14, and 30 days
Identify missing elements, broken logic, or integration gaps
Ensure all COMMAND clients follow the activation SOP

???? 6. SOP & Documentation Maintenance
Update COMMAND setup SOPs as tools evolve
Create simple internal documentation as needed
Contribute to improving the setup process to increase speed and client success

REQUIREMENTS
Technical Expertise
2+ years experience building inside Go High Level (required)
Strong understanding of:
Funnels
Pipelines
Workflows/automations
Triggers & tagging systems
Calendar setups

Email/SMS marketing automation
Basic Zapier integrations (preferred)
Ability to QA and troubleshoot complex automation logic
Soft Skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator
Able to follow SOPs with precision
Fast executor — acts with urgency
Comfortable working with clients
Resourceful and solution-oriented
Thrives in a systems-driven environment

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs)

% of clients fully activated in under 14 days
Accuracy of system setups (low error rate)
Client satisfaction feedback
Reduction in support tickets related to setup
Speed of funnel + automation deployment
