Are you a high-energy communicator with a "never-give-up" attitude? We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team for a targeted land acquisition campaign in Florida. Your primary goal will be to reach out to property owners, gauge their interest in selling their land, and qualify them for our acquisition managers.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners using our provided dialer and lead lists.
Lead Qualification: Follow a proven script to determine the owner's motivation, property details, and asking price.
Data Management: Accurately update our CRM with notes on every call and categorize lead status (Hot, Warm, Cold).
Lead Handoff: Ensure "Hot" leads are immediately flagged for follow-up by the acquisitions team.
Follow-ups: Re-engage with potential sellers who requested a callback at a later date.
Requirements
Fluent English: Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and a professional tone.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate lead generation is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-line dialers.
Home Office Setup: A quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a reliable headset.
Persistence: Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and stay motivated throughout the shift.
