Philippines User Testing & Reviews Coordinator (Child Grades 1–6)

We’re launching a new online math learning platform in the Philippines for Grade 1 to Grade 6 students. We’re looking for someone to recruit and coordinate 10 Filipino parent + child testers to try the product and provide both written feedback and video reviews.

You’ll manage the full process: recruitment, onboarding, follow-ups, and collecting high-quality testimonials we can use for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Screening
- Recruit 10 qualified testers: Filipino parents with children in Grades 1–6
- Ensure a good mix across grade levels (ideally covering multiple grades)
- Screen for fit and reliability (availability, willingness to record, basic English comfort)

Coordination & Follow-ups
- Onboard testers: explain goals, timeline, instructions, and review requirements
- Coordinate access to the platform and troubleshoot basic issues
- Follow up consistently to ensure testers complete tasks on time

Feedback & Reviews Collection
- Collect structured written feedback
- Guide testers to record usable video testimonials (phone-recorded is fine)
- Provide a simple script and checklist so videos are clear and authentic
- Organize all outputs in shared folders (Google Drive) with proper naming and tracking

Required Deliverables
- 10 testers recruited and onboarded
- 10 completed written feedback submissions
-10 video reviews recorded (or at least 8 usable, depending on real-world constraints)

Requirements
- Based in the Philippines, strong local network and recruitment ability
- Strong communication and coordination skills (Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, email)
- Comfortable recruiting through parent communities (Facebook groups, school communities, local networks)
- Highly organized: tracking, follow-ups, and managing deadlines
- Able to communicate clearly in English (Tagalog is a plus)

Timeline & Engagement
- project based, but option to extend to other roles in the future
- Expected timeline: 1 week from recruitment to final deliverables (depending on recruitment speed)
