Skills & Technical Requirements
* Strong comfort with numbers
* Excellent organizational skills; ability to follow notes and checklists
* Fast, professional
* Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
* Ability to work over nights remotely and stay engaged throughout the entire shift
* Willingness to study materials outside of work to learn processes thoroughly
* Ability to work night shifts (bonus if accustomed to this schedule)
* Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
* Ability to multitask and use AI tools to support workflow
Position Available
* Back-End Support Staff (Supports Two Team Leads) for America's only National Tattoo Apprenticeship
* Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside a lead and the department head
* Will have consistent supervision and support while on the clock
* Must have strong
* High attention to detail and organization - must be able to follow directions well (will be checked during the interview process)
Training & Work Structure
* First 60 days include video meetings and team training over Google Meet during the entire shift
* 90-day startup period at a training pay rate
* Increase to base rate upon successful completion
* Training shifts: 4–6 hours/day
* Increase to 8 hours/day once workflow can be handled accurately and consistently - usually within a few weeks
Contractor Expectations
* Must remain responsive during scheduled hours
* Communication should be prompt (within ~5 minutes)
* Short breaks are fine; repeated or extended breaks may affect continued engagement
* Must manage time professionally and communicate clearly
* Contractors are not full-time or part-time employees - we get paid for the hours we work - therefore, no insurance or holiday pay.
