[HIRING] Remote Sales Inbound Specialist – High Commission & Growth Potential!
True Asia Travel is expanding! We are a dynamic travel agency based in Vietnam, and we are looking for a high-energy, English-fluent Sales Inbound Specialist from the Philippines to join our team.

If you are passionate about travel, love talking to people from all over the world, and are a "closer" who thrives on hitting targets, we want you! You won't just be an employee; you’ll be a Key Member helping us dominate the Inbound tourism market.
???? YOUR ROLE (What You’ll Do)
100% Warm Leads: No cold calling! You will handle leads provided by our Marketing team.
Consult & Close: Understand international clients' needs, design custom tour itineraries, and persuade them to book via email, phone, or chat.
End-to-End Care: Follow up with guests before, during, and after their trips to ensure a 5-star experience.
Relationship Building: Maintain a database of past clients and update them on new travel products or seasonal deals.
Problem Solving: Handle any on-the-ground issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

???? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
English Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English is a MUST. You will be communicating with Western travelers daily.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Tourism, or BPO (Travel Account preferred).
The "Startup" Spirit: Proactive, resilient, and hungry for success. You don’t wait for instructions; you find solutions.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and comfortable working remotely.
Equipment: Must have your own reliable laptop/PC and a stable, high-speed internet connection with a backup power source.
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $300 - $400 USD/month (Negotiable based on experience).
Uncapped Commissions: Earn high commissions per sale + KPI bonuses + "Hot" spot bonuses.
Average monthly take-home for top performers: $600 - $1,200+ USD.
Training: Full training on our travel products and sales processes provided.
Stability: Long-term career path with opportunities to move into management.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Vietnam Time) & Saturday Morning.
