T-shirt Graphic Designer

We need a talented graphic designer who can create commercial, premium-quality t-shirt designs that stand out in a crowded market. You'll be working on designs that need to perform on Meta ads and convert browsers into buyers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Create original, trend-forward t-shirt designs across multiple niches
2. Design with commercial viability in mind—every design must work on both mobile screens and printed apparel
3. Iterate based on feedback to achieve 9/10+ quality standards
4. Understand typography, visual hierarchy, and composition for apparel
5. Deliver print-ready files optimized for POD printing
6. Stay updated on design trends in Western and Indian markets

You're Perfect For This If You:

1. Have a strong portfolio of t-shirt/apparel designs (please share examples)
2. Understand the difference between "good design" and "designs that sell"
3. Can work with minimal direction but also iterate based on detailed feedback
4. Have experience with niche-specific design
5. Know how to balance aesthetic appeal with commercial performance
6. Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
7. Can deliver clean, print-ready vector files
