About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Part-Time Media Buyer to help manage, log, and execute
You’ll support our marketing team by handling the daily organization, uploading, and tracking of paid social campaigns~helping ensure everything runs on time and on target. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to grow into a full-time role as responsibilities and campaigns expand.
Responsibilities:
~ Upload and organize
~ Track and log campaign data, budgets, and performance using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
~ Maintain an organized folder structure for creative assets and campaign tracking
~ Assist in ad setup and audience targeting within Ads Manager
~ Monitor spend pacing and flag anomalies to the team
~ Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign launches
Requirements:
~ 1+ year of hands-on experience with
~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
~ Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (must be comfortable managing large data sets)
~ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
~ Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
~ Comfortable working remotely across different time zones (if applicable)
Nice to Have:
~ Prior experience with other paid platforms (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
~ Familiarity with creative testing and performance tracking
~ Understanding of key ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
