Elysium Jet Academy is looking for a highly skilled Appointment Setter who can confidently communicate via text-based conversations while maintaining a natural, human, and persuasive tone.

This role is NOT about sending robotic scripts it’s about real conversation, emotional intelligence, and control of the dialogue as well to build authority.

???? Responsibilities
• Send and manage outbound & inbound automated text conversations
• Engage prospects in a natural, human way (no robotic copy/paste)
• Confirm scheduled calls and reduce no-shows
• Qualify prospects by asking the right follow-up questions
• Handle objections calmly and intelligently
• Transition conversations into booked, confirmed calls
• Begin light pre-qualification interviews via text
• Accurately update CRM with:
• Conversation summaries
• Lead quality notes
• Booking status


? What We’re Looking For
• Strong written English (must sound natural, confident, and conversational)
• Ability to adapt messaging in real-time
• Comfortable handling objections and thinking on the fly
• Strong emotional intelligence and people-reading skills
• Experience with appointment setting, sales, or chat support (preferred)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using CRMs and messaging tools
