We're seeking a skilled Thumbnail Designer to create high-click-rate thumbnails for multiple educational YouTube channels (finance, history, science, and general topics). This is a long-term, remote role with growth potential as our channels scale. Preferably, if you have a team, that's preferred for handling volume efficiently.

**Key Details**
- Start with 12 thumbnails per week (potentially more as channels grow)
- Multiple channels to support
- Style: Bold, eye-catching, educational/documentary vibe with text overlays, faces/emotions, and vibrant colors but niches are various as we are running multiple
- Flexible hours, deadline-based (async communication)
- **Strict requirement: Must deliver each thumbnail (including revisions) within 4 hours of receiving the task**

- Quick, fast communication on Telegram essential

**Must-Have Skills**
- Proven experience designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails (proven by portfolio performance or examples)
- Expert in Photoshop, Canva Pro, or similar tools
- Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
- Ability to create emotionally compelling designs (curiosity, shock, excitement)
- Understanding of YouTube best practices (faces, bold text, contrast, trends)
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Reliable internet and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails (especially in educational, finance, history, or documentary niches)

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, etc.) for custom elements

**Responsibilities**
- Design custom thumbnails based on video title, script highlights, and brief
- Create 3-5 thumbnail variations per video when requested
- Incorporate branding guidelines while maximizing click potential
- Handle quick revisions efficiently
- Maintain consistency across channels while adapting to each niche
- Deliver minimum 12 thumbnails per week
- Provide daily updates via Slack/Telegram/ ----------

**Compensation**
- $3-5 USD per task (non-negotiable)
