We are seeking a confident, experienced Closer or Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into paying clients and building strategic partnerships. This role focuses on relationship building, consultative selling, and closing high value deals while aligning client needs with our services.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand business needs, goals, and challenges
-Present solutions clearly and confidently, positioning value rather than price
-Close deals consistently and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
-Follow up with warm and hot leads in a timely and professional manner
-Manage and update CRM with accurate notes, deal stages, and follow ups
-Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve conversion rates
-Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and upsell potential
-Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward confident decisions
-Maintain strong post sale relationships to support retention and referrals
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Executive, or Business Development Manager
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Experience selling services, high ticket offers, or B2B solutions preferred
-Ability to manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously
-Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
-Strong follow up discipline and attention to detail
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
-Self motivated, proactive, and results driven
Nice to Have
-Experience in agency, tech, SaaS, or service based businesses
-Background in consultative or solution based selling
-Remote sales experience
-Understanding of lead funnels and automation
