Job Title: Lead Generation/Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Location: Remote, work from home, online

Working hours: night shift

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation/Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow the SOP and word script to make outbound calls to potential clients, and try to schedule a 30-minute online demo for clients and our sales team. ?You don’t need to demo, just try to schedule a valid appointment.)
2. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
4. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies

Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
4. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
5. Proficiency in English and using Microsoft Office software.
