CONTENT SPECIALIST/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a dedicated and creative Content Specialist/Personal Assistant to support a Life Coach and Wellness Influencer in managing both personal and professional tasks, with a strong focus on content creation and maintaining a vibrant digital presence.

This is a remote, part-time role (approx. 4 hours per day), ideal for someone passionate about wellness, communication, and digital media with a possibility of full-time hours.

Compensation: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month, based on experience (est. PHP 30,000-45,000)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Personal Assistant to a Life Coach/Wellness Influencer
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain professional communication
- Prepare documents such as letters, invoices, and coordinate with suppliers
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Design promotional flyers and craft compelling??email newsletters
- Set up and manage campaigns on social media
- Assist in planning and coordinating events such as retreats and yoga classes

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Social Media Admin/Manager with strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, LinkTree, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram,??Facebook, and basic video editing tools (training can be provided; experience is a plus)
- Background or interest in Wellness, Hospitality, or Events is highly desirable
- Must currently reside in Dubai OR be able to work UAE hours
- Remote position; ability to work independently for 4 hours per day with potential for full-time hours
