Student Success & Sales Admin (Martial Arts School - Australia)

???? About the Role
We run Mitrevski Martial Arts in Australia and are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Student Success & Sales Admin. You will be the "voice" of our school, turning new inquiries into students and helping our community grow.
You will be working directly within our management system, Clubfit. Full video training for Clubfit will be provided.
???? Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Call and email new inquiries to book them into trial classes using the Clubfit calendar.
The "Closer": Follow up with trial students to assist with full enrollment and app setup.
Billing Management: Monitor failed payments in Clubfit. You will be responsible for calling members to update payment details and clear any arrears.
Member Support: Manage the school email inbox and send out community announcements.
On-Demand Tasks: Assist the Head Instructor with specific administrative tasks as they arise.
? Requirements (Mandatory)
Fluent English: High-level spoken and written English (must be comfortable speaking with Australian parents).
Sales DNA: You are proactive, persuasive, and comfortable "asking for the sale" or discussing billing.
Tech Savvy: Able to follow video tutorials to master our software (Clubfit).
Remote Ready: A quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet.

Martial Arts or Fitness Background: Personal experience or a passion for health and wellness.
Marketing/Social Media: Experience with basic social media posting or Canva.
Creative Thinking: Ability to help brainstorm new sales offers or introductory promotions.
