Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (UK Cleaning Company)

We are a UK-based professional cleaning company providing residential and commercial cleaning services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to work directly with our team.
This is not an agency role – we are hiring an individual to work exclusively with us.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm UK time
• Must be fully available during UK business hours

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial cleaning services
• Identify and research potential clients (businesses, property managers, offices, landlords, etc.)
• Perform manual outreach via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other approved channels
• Use lead generation tools, databases, and spreadsheets to source and manage leads
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
• Update CRM / tracking sheets daily
• Working with GoHighLevel
• Follow defined outreach scripts, processes, and KPIs
• Provide daily activity and performance reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Comfortable working with targets and structured daily tasks
• Can start immediately
