Customer Support & Order Management VA

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle customer emails and order management for our Shopify stores, working around 4-5 hours per day. Your role will include replying to customer inquiries, solving delivery issues, processing refunds or reshipments, and keeping orders organized and updated with our suppliers. You must have good English, previous experience with Shopify, and be able to work independently with attention to detail.
