GoHighLevel Funnel + Automation Specialist (A2P Experience Required)

Hours: 15 to 20 hours/week to start
Pay: $8/hr (based on skill, not vibes)

We are hiring a GoHighLevel specialist who can handle client onboarding end-to-end:

Funnels.
Automations.
A2P 10DLC setup.
CRM logic that does not fall apart at scale.

This is not a VA role.
This is not “I watched a YouTube video” experience.
This is for someone who actually knows how GHL works in the real world.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Building and editing funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel
• Setting up client onboarding systems inside GHL
• Handling A2P 10DLC registration and compliance for clients
• Building and optimizing workflows and automations
• Setting up calendars, forms, surveys, and pipelines
• Managing contacts, tags, opportunities, and campaigns
• Email and SMS campaign setup with proper logic and compliance
• Troubleshooting broken automations (fast, clean fixes)
• Documenting systems so nothing lives only in your head

Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Strong GoHighLevel experience
• Proven experience building funnels inside GHL
• Hands-on A2P 10DLC setup experience (you must know the process)
• Advanced understanding of automation logic and workflows
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve without hand-holding
• Reliable internet and availability during agreed hours

If you have never done A2P registration, this is not the role. No hard feelings.

Bonus Skills (Nice, Not Required)
• Zapier or Make
• Stripe integrations
• ClickUp
• Agency or SaaS onboarding experience
• Basic email deliverability knowledge
