Meta Ads Static Image Designer (Direct Response)

We're a men's health supplement brand selling a de-bloating formula to fitness-conscious men aged 18-40 through Meta ads and Shopify. We need a static image ad specialist who understands direct response marketing — not just someone who makes pretty images.
You'll be creating static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram across the entire funnel: top-of-funnel problem-aware ads, middle-funnel credibility and social proof ads, and bottom-of-funnel urgency/offer ads.
What we're looking for:

Strong understanding of sales psychology and what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy
Experience creating static image ads for e-commerce (Shopify experience preferred)
Proficiency with AI tools including ChatGPT, NanaBanana, Freepik, and Higgsfield
Ability to translate marketing angles into high-converting visuals
A results-driven mindset — you care about ROAS, not just aesthetics
Fast turnaround and willingness to iterate based on performance data

Compensation is base pay plus performance bonuses tied to ad results. If your creatives perform, you get paid more.
