We are a U.S.-based land investment company hiring a Cold Calling Assistant to support outbound outreach to vacant landowners. You will speak directly with U.S. property owners, ask simple land-related questions, and document responses accurately for internal review.

This role is not high-pressure sales and does not involve closing deals. The focus is professionalism, consistency, and clean documentation.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. landowners regarding vacant land, lots, and acreage.

Confirm ownership and ask basic property questions.

Identify interest level and general timing.

Document call outcomes and property details clearly.

Update call notes and lead statuses accurately.

Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional phone presence.

Qualifications

1+ year of cold calling, call center, or phone-based outreach experience.

Clear, confident spoken English with good pronunciation.

Strong listening skills and accurate note-taking ability.

Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.

Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Work Style

Full-time, remote position.

U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday).

Comfortable with repetitive outbound calling.

Consistent day-to-day performance.

Detail-focused and accuracy-driven.
