Work Time: Monday -Friday 9:00-18:00/13:00-21:00
Work Type: Full time on Remote basis

This role is primarily responsible for the full-process management of KOL/KOC development and collaboration across all platforms in the European region (including core markets such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain). It involves in-depth identification of high-quality KOLs that align with the brand's image, building and improving the European KOL resource matrix, and helping the brand achieve increased brand awareness and sales growth in the European market through efficient KOL collaborations and content marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
1. KOL Discovery and Selection:
Conduct in-depth research on the mainstream European social media ecosystem (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and the characteristics of local platforms in each region. Combined with brand positioning and target audience profiles, formulate KOL selection criteria. Utilize multiple channels, including platform search, Creator Marketplace, industry databases, MCN agency connections, and industry events, to accurately identify high-potential, highly relevant European local KOLs (covering top, mid-tier, and high-quality niche KOLs).
2. Business Negotiation and Collaboration Implementation:
Independently responsible for the entire process of influencer outreach, initial communication, and negotiation of cooperation plans. Clearly communicate brand collaboration needs, product value, and cooperation benefits; accurately control core terms such as collaboration format (short video promotion, live streaming e-commerce, brand integration, challenges, etc.), content requirements, delivery standards, pricing/commission rates, and scheduling; efficiently promote contract signing and collaboration implementation.
3. Full-Process Collaboration Management:
Oversee the execution progress of collaboration projects; coordinate internal teams (content, operations, supply chain, etc.) to complete tasks such as sample delivery, product information exchange, and content briefing output; follow up on all stages of influencer content creation, review, and release; promptly resolve unexpected issues during the collaboration process; ensure collaborations are completed on time and to a high standard; establish and maintain long-term, stable influencer partnerships, enhance influencer engagement, and promote repeat purchases and deeper collaborations.
4. Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization:
Establish a data tracking system for influencer collaborations, regularly monitor and analyze core data of influencer content (views, engagement rate, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, etc.), and generate data review reports; optimize influencer selection criteria, collaboration strategies, and content direction based on data insights to continuously improve the return on investment of influencer collaborations.

5. Market Insights and Resource Accumulation:
Closely monitor popular trends, user preferences, social media platform policy changes, and competitor influencer marketing activities in various European markets, regularly output market insight reports, and provide first-hand support for the brand's European marketing strategy formulation; build and continuously update the European influencer resource database, improve influencer information profiles (fan profiles, content style, collaboration history, data performance, etc.), and optimize the influencer tiered management system and collaboration process.

?Job Requirements?

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Languages, International Business, or related fields.
2.Experience: At least 2 year of experience in overseas influencer development (BD), influencer marketing, or cross-border e-commerce social media marketing; experience in collaborating with influencers in the European market is preferred; familiarity with the influencer ecosystem and collaboration models of mainstream overseas social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, and a portfolio of successful influencer collaboration projects are preferred.
3.Core Competencies: Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills; able to accurately balance influencer needs with brand interests; keen market insight and discerning eye for influencer selection, able to quickly capture European market trends; strong project management and execution capabilities, able to simultaneously advance multiple collaborative projects, paying attention to detail and ensuring efficient delivery; basic data analysis skills, able to optimize strategies through data-driven approaches; goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and possesses excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills.
4.Bonus Points: Experience studying or working in Europe, with in-depth understanding of European cultures and customs; access to high-quality influencer resources in Europe; familiarity with the cross-border e-commerce industry (e.g., apparel, beauty, 3C digital products, home furnishings), understanding European e-commerce platform rules and user consumption habits;
