We are in need of a Marketing Virtual Assistant who is creative, super good at Canva, reliable, hungry to learn, works with consistent quality–and last but not least, you’re decent at writing and willing to learn our method for creating client ad copy.

Your two most important responsibilities will be to:
1. Design graphics for clients'
2. Produce clients’
The expectation is that you'll produce designs and ad copy that are good enough to wow our clients without them requesting revisions.
You must be really good at designing graphics that stand out and stop the scroll, getting people to then read the ad copy that you write for our clients. You need to be able to use a client’s sales page, opt-in page, brand guide and their photos and our ad copy system to design Meta ads graphics and write ad copy that make an impact.
This marketing role is a blend of:
• Graphic Designer
• Ad Copy Writer
• Marketing Support + Coordination
The Art of Online Business is looking to add a trustworthy, committed person to the team ASAP. You do not need to be a “marketing strategist,” but you DO need to be comfortable with Canva graphic design and writing copy, organized, proactive, and able to follow directions with strong attention to detail.
This is a fully remote part-time role requiring 15 - 20 hours per week. Pay is $7.50 - $8.50/hour depending on experience. Approximate working hours are USA CST time zone between 8:00am - 12:00pm with two 15-minute breaks.
You will have PTO for all national and special Philippine holidays. Once you prove that you can independently handle the role’s responsibilities with accuracy, we can discuss working different hours, like during your daytime for example.
There will be a two-month trial period on a graduated pay scale meaning you will start at $7.00 - $8.00/hour DOE, receive an additional $0.25/hour increase each month and be able to receive full pay once you successfully complete your probationary period.

The Marketing Virtual Assistant is generally responsible for:
1. Creating clients' ad copy
• Following our process to create ad copy and headlines
2. Creating clients' ad graphics
• Setting up clients’ brand kits in Canva
• Designing as many on-brand graphics as it takes to get ad results for the client
• Following modern design standards
3. Coordinating with the CEO and/or Ad Manager in Asana
4. Maintaining SOPs related to the Marketing Virtual Assistant’s role and areas of responsibility
• Creating, maintaining and updating SOPs
5. Marketing Support + Content Assistance
• Review our Instagram content weekly and identify top-performing posts and Reels
• Pull key winning hooks and use ChatGPT to generate 15+ variations (for ads and organic content)
• Find viral/trending content inspiration (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts), including:
– Trending sounds
– Video formats
– Hook styles
– Visual patterns
• Create simple reel ad style variations (multiple hooks / multiple b-rolls) as requested
• Collect and package testimonials (screenshots ? organized folder ? simple graphics as needed ? delivered to Ads Manager/CEO)
• Maintain basic organization of ad creative assets (folders, naming, status, notes)
Basically, you’re an integral part of the team’s daily operations, and your role is fundamental to continuing the growth of our business.
Requirements:
• Strong English written skills, C1 on the CEFR framework
• Work efficiently on responsibilities all by yourself or with little assistance (we will provide the initial training)
• Complete tasks with excellence
• Finish tasks on or before assigned deadlines
• Be detail-oriented and super organized
• A resourceful problem solver
• Tech savvy + Google search literate (meaning you know your way around technology and can learn new things by Googling or watching YouTube videos.)
**Although you will receive training, you should already know your way around the following without instructions:
– Designing graphics and using Canva.
– Using graphic design principles to make visually appealing graphics
– Using YouTube, Instagram,
– Creating & repurposing engaging and on-brand content
– Measuring social media and other important audience growth metrics
Our Tech Stack:
Since you will need to work efficiently on assigned tasks all by yourself or with little assistance, ideally you will have working knowledge of a few products in our tech stack. If not, we will use screen recordings, an onboarding document and Zoom calls to explain what needs to be done and how to do it.
However you MUST be willing to use Google and YouTube to learn the software required for your job. Your professional development is important to the success of the business, and we will purchase courses for you when needed.
You need to be able to use our complete tech stack proficiently within your first five weeks of working with us.
