US Tax Associate – Accounting Degree

We are hiring a US Tax Associate to support our Tax Advisory Team. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting degree who want to build a long-term career in US taxation.

This is a remote, full ---------- -time, work-from-home position based in the Philippines.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
US Tax Experience (preferred but not required)
Must have a PTIN

Familiarity or willingness to learn:
QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Drake Software
TaxDome
Tax Maverick

Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn US tax laws and processes

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120)
Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Organize client documents in TaxDome
Assist senior CPAs and tax advisors
Maintain accurate financial records
Follow compliance and internal procedures
