Salary: $2,300 USD per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time
Location: Remote

Role Overview:

This is a reporting and research operations role. You will run recurring brand study workflows, quality check vendor outputs, and produce polished PowerPoint reports using existing templates. This is not a strategy role. It is execution, accuracy, and deadlines.

What you will do:

• Manage recurring brand tracking study workflows across multiple clients
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with an external research partner
• QA tables and draft outputs for accuracy and common sense
• Build and finalize client ready PowerPoint decks using templates
• Use Excel to validate tables, clean data, and create charts
• Support occasional secondary research and quick turnaround requests
• Communicate status clearly, flag issues early, propose fixes

Must have:

• 2 to 5 years in research reporting, insights operations, analytics reporting, or similar
• Strong PowerPoint with a high bar for polish and template discipline
• Strong Excel, pivots, lookups, table cleanup, charting
• QA mindset, you catch issues before they reach a leader
• Calm under pressure, handles interruptions without losing accuracy
• Clear written and spoken English
• Experience delivering recurring client facing reports on deadline

Nice to have:

• Brand tracking experience
• Survey research or quantitative research exposure
• Familiarity with sampling or statistical testing concepts
• Experience working with a research vendor
• Syndicated tools like MRI or Claritas
