ROLE OVERVIEW (REWRITE)

This is not a VA role and not hourly work.

This role is for high-accuracy list builders who can follow instructions exactly and produce clean data at scale.

You are paid per approved lead, not per hour.

This role rewards precision and consistency.

CORE TASK

You will build lists of local service businesses that:
• Are real local businesses
• Have a working US phone number
• Do NOT currently have a website

No calling.
No messaging.
No verification outreach.

Research only.

FORMAT REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

All submissions must be in Google Sheets only.

Exactly two columns — no exceptions:
• Column A: Business Name
• Column B: Phone Number (US format only: +1XXXXXXXXXX)

Rules:
• No dashes
• No parentheses
• No emails
• No websites
• No notes
• No extra columns

Any deviation = rejected.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Leads must:
• Be a real local service business
• Have no existing website (must be verified)
• Have a valid phone number
• Not be a franchise or national chain

Before any trial work, you must pass a skills screening.

1. Describe your step-by-step process for finding local service businesses without websites.
2. How do you verify a business does not have a website? (Be specific.)
3. What Google indicators do you use to avoid franchises or chains?
4. How do you prevent duplicate or outdated phone numbers?
5. What common mistakes cause leads to be rejected?

If approved:
• You will receive a paid starter batch
• Performance on that batch determines long-term work
