Salary: $2,200 USD per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CT

Read This First:
This is an execution role, not a marketing manager role.
You will not design campaigns or lead strategy.
You will run follow-ups, clean decks, track tasks, and keep leaders unblocked daily.
If you like structure, ownership, and finishing what others start, keep reading.
If you want to create campaigns or be a strategist, this is not the role.
Role Overview:
We are hiring four Marketing Operations Project Coordinators, one per Strategic Growth pod inside a US marketing agency.
You are the pod operator.
Your job is to keep marketing work moving by owning coordination, follow-through, documentation, and recurring workflows so pod leadership can stay focused on strategy.
You will report to two-three leaders inside your pod and must be comfortable managing competing inputs, clarifying priorities, and executing fast without hand-holding.
If you have never supported a marketing team or agency, this role will not be a fit.
What You Will Own:
- Run recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly workflows for your pod
- Coordinate work across media, creative, analytics, and operations teams
- Turn meetings into clean recaps with action items, owners, and due dates
- Create tasks, assign owners, chase completion, and escalate when needed
- Support budget lock and campaign support workflows in internal systems
- Build, clean, and proof PowerPoint decks and internal documents
- Handle marketing-adjacent requests such as competitive scans and quick research
- Flag risks early and communicate clearly when something is off track
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
**If something falls through the cracks, you are expected to catch it.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years supporting a marketing team, agency, or marketing operations function
- Clear understanding of marketing language: briefs, creatives, campaigns, KPIs, deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, revisions
- Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams
Required Tools and Skills:
- Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Project management tools such as Wrike, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar
- Ability to learn proprietary internal systems quickly
- Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT to improve speed and accuracy
- Strong written English and crisp meeting notes
How Success Is Measured:
- Pod leaders feel unblocked and supported
- Recurring work happens without reminders
- Tasks do not stall or disappear
- Decks and documentation are clean and accurate
- You can support two leaders without drama
Work Requirements:
- Highly responsive during US working hours
- Proactive, self-starting working style
- Comfortable speaking up and asking clarifying questions
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Stable internet with backup
- Headset for daily meetings
Benefits:
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave after probation
- Bi-monthly tax-free payroll via Wise
- Dedicated Workspark support and onboarding
- Long-term, stable role with a US-based team
- Opportunity to grow responsibility over time
